Reporting to the Lead Editor,these new roles will be core to maintaining the website'sreputation for being a trustworthy source on all things Formula 1and motorsport, while driving further growth and reach. Thesuccessful applicant(s) should be able to demonstrate a truepassion for - and have impressive knowledge of - Formula 1 andother global motorsport series, as well as demonstrating a firmgrasp of digital and SEO best practices. They will be proficient incopy editing and writing, have an eye for detail and be able towork under pressure, whilst also being highly organised teamplayers with widespread experience of working within a teamenvironment. What we are seeking Role responsibility Work within atight-knit, remote editorial team to generate high-quality contentfor the website Produce content quickly and accurately on a dailybasis, including across F1/motorsport weekends Create and nurturerelationships that increase exposure of our brand to fans andwithin the industry The ideal candidate Essential skills: Ademonstrable passion for and excellent knowledge and understandingof F1 and motorsport Exceptional organisational skills andattention to detail Ability to write copy in line with the highesteditorial standards Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure,while prioritising accordingly Excellent grasp and understanding ofSEO best practices Professional approach at all times, whetherworking remotely or on location Ability to work in and contributeto a fun and dynamic team-based environment Education: Ideallyeducated to degree level, but relevant work experience will also betaken into consideration English mother tongue, though knowledge ofother ‘motorsport’ languages a distinct advantage Professionalexperience: Must have experience of working on a reputable digitalplatform Experience of writing, and possibly commissioning,managing and signing off content Experience of writing about F1preferred, while experience of writing about motorsport isessential Interested in joining our team?
