Leclerc happy that Ferrari is finally taking more risks in hunt for Red Bull

Ferrari and McLaren both beat Red Bull Racing once this season (Australia and Miami respectively), but Lando Norris' win a fortnight ago was one in which Max Verstappen's team was finally beaten without a technical failure.
