McLaren CEO Zak Brown has welcomed two key recruits to Woking afterthey joined from the team's F1 rivals. Former Ferrari Head ofVehicle Concept David Sanchez has joined to become the newTechnical Director of Car Concept and Performance for McLaren,whilst former Red Bull Chief Designer Rob Marshall has taken up thepost of Technical Director of Engineering and Design. The duo arepart of a new management structure at the team sculpted by Brownand Andrea Stella, who has impressed as Team Principal since takingover from now-Sauber CEO Andreas Seidl last winter.
