Haas must compensate this former sponsor after court decision made

The Haas Formula One team must pay compensation to a former sponsor, a court in Switzerland has decided. The Russian company, Uralkali, had filed a lawsuit as they believed that the American team failed to honour the sponsorship agreement. The judge ruled in favour of Uralkali today after a hearing. In April 2022, Haas announced that it would not pay back the equivalent £10 million which it received before the start of the season from Uralkali.
