Max Verstappen is renowned for being a no-nonsense Formula 1 driverwho perhaps would be better suited to an era before social media.Verstappen has been out-spoken about how he feels F1 is heading inthe wrong direction with Sprint races and that he simply wants toturn up on a race weekend, do the best job he and Red Bull can, andusually walk away with the race win - if 2022 and 2023 are anythingto go by. This uncomplicated nature to Verstappen also comes acrossaway from the race-track, with the three-time champion insistingthat whatever he gets up to away from the track is "no-one'sbusiness." Verstappen on social media "What I do in private is noone's business," Verstappen explained to Formula1.Nl. "I don'tfollow very many Formula 1 related accounts or people anyway [onsocial media]. "I actually only follow other sports and athletes, also to gain balance in my life. I don't want to know everythingabout what's going on in the paddock, especially when I'm at home."Verstappen's reluctance towards social media also extends to whenhe is visiting Brazil and spending time with fellow three-timeWorld Champion Nelson Piquet Sr, the father of his partner Kelly."That certainly also applies to family visits in Brazil, when I see[Piquet]," Verstappen added of his lack of social media use. "Wedon't really talk about motorsport. He has talked about that morethan enough in his life. "At a certain point you don't feel likedoing it anymore, you're done talking about it. I understand that, there is more to life."
