Lewis Hamilton has won the British Grand Prix for a record breaking ninth time. The Mercedes driver, who started second, triumphed after his teammate George Russell retired due to suspected water damage. After the race, Hamilton was emotional as he celebrated another home win, and his first win since 2021.
