Verstappen fastest but Leclerc takes pole position in Belgium
Max Verstappen dominated qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix but will not start from pole position due to a hefty engine penalty. Instead, Charles Leclerc secured pole position by finishing with the second-fastest time. He will be joined by Sergio Perez on the front-row of the grid.
