Agitated Wolff forced to 'hold himself back' with stewards call on Norris
Toto Wolff didn't want to comment on the penalty Lando Norris received and said he "needed to hold himself" when speaking in the paddock after the United States Grand Prix. The Mercedes boss previously questioned whether the stewards were being biased in their decision-making.
