FIA annouce who will start from the pitlane for the Brazilian Grand Prix

After five red flags created a chaotic qualifying session, there have been many changes made to cars before the Brazilian Grand Prix. Torrential rain in Sao Paulo meant that the qualifying session that was abandoned yesterday took place today and saw many drivers crash into the barriers as they struggled to keep their car on the tarmac. The conditions are expected to stay the same for the Grand Prix later in the day, meaning changes have been made up and down the grid.
