Kelly Piquet cynical about FIA after P12 for Verstappen: 'Well done.....'

Kelly Piquet has spoken out on Instagram about qualifying at the Brazilian Grand Prix. The Brazilian cynically states that the FIA did a good job of waiting 40 seconds for the red flag, preventing Max Verstappen from completing a lap to get himself out of Q2.
