Is Red Bull affected by the new FIA technical directive? Marko responds

Several Formula 1 teams have had to make an adjustment following a new technical directive [TD] from the FIA. This is intended to prevent a 'trick' that was said to reduce the wear of the skid blocks under the floor of the F1 cars. Helmut Marko assures that the new measure will not affect Red Bull Racing and will not have any effect on the RB20's performance.
