Will the Dutch Grand Prix move to Assen? 'Lines have been thrown out'

It came as a big blow to Formula 1 fans in the Netherlands that after the 2026 season, the Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort will disappear from the F1 calendar as a result of the circuit organisers of the race no longer considering it financially responsible to take big risks. But perhaps the Netherlands will still keep its own Grand Prix? After all, the Assen circuit might have the appetite for hosting an F1 race.
