Marko confirms lawsuit against Red Bull and 'hopes for a settlement'

It was previously announced that Red Bull would have to go to the British employment tribunal in January 2026, something the British media would not be allowed to report on this due to an RRO (reporting restriction order). Helmut Marko has confirmed that news about the lawsuit is true, and indicates that he hopes that an agreement can be reached outside of the courtroom.
