Horner on 'weekly FIA TD's': 'Don't know what effect it'll have'
The FIA issued a technical directive following the Australian Grand Prix reducing the rear wing's flexibility limit under load, from 2mm, to 0,5mm with a leeway of 0,25mm given the short notice the directive was brought about to the teams. Red Bull Racing's team principal, Christian Horner, has had his say on the 'weekly TD's' in China.
